I first learned of Mondragon cooperatives in college in 1988/89. I wondered why the concept was not more widely embraced by others... now I understand that the Robber Barons/Capitalist always try to get free labor and steal other resources from the earth. The principles upheld by the cooperative seem to be similar to the principles of Permaculture: People Care, Earth Care and Fair Share. I am looking forward to exploring more of your work and the idea of a philosophical salon, and engaging with other writers as a think tank with how to reform the systems of oppression that seem to be overtaking the populace now.
